I have the same exact situation since March13. I ddn't receive a PPR but when I checked in most forums it probably means that the application is approved and you need to wait for the request. Hopefully they will resume issuing PPRs soon.

I really hope you hear the good news soon. Its great to at least feel things are moving in the IRCC.
