relax, CIC asked for fingerprint mainly because someone with a criminal record have same name and DOB as you. If they confirm you are not the individual with criminal record, then they will book you for test.

relax, everybody makes mistake just DON'T do it again. I am very sure they will withdraw your case and give you warning. Stay away from area that will prevent you from stealing. Apply for court disclosure and show it to the CIC agent during test interview

are you serious about signing online for credit and bank details?

say no but go to court where your case was held and ask for court disclosure. I'm sure CIC will ask for it to be sure the case was dismissed. It takes 1-3months so apply now.

Definitely, otherwise CIC would have slap you with almighty RQ. I think people that are frequent travellers and unemployed should provide all the doc you stated this will limit the chances of getting RQ.
