My husband passport was rejected because it obscured and the expiration date is 9 months. Now, I have requested that cic send back the passport in order for us to get a new one.

Nigeria passport office needs the old passport before they can issue a new passport. So, I ask cic to return the passport we submitted. I hope this won't cause another delay? They gave my husband 30days to submit new passport.
