Because I haven't received any communications from the visa office to let me know that the file has been transferred. Also, I've heard and read on this forum, that if the file is transferred to London visa office, their (London's VO) timeline is quicker than Islamabad's. Therefore, based on this...

I didn't say my file was in London. It is still in Islamabad.
