sa passport po ba,bio page lang ang need iupload?or need din iupload ung buong passport including blank pages. sa checklist bio page lang kasi nakalagay pero parang may nabasa ako sa forum na kailangan buong passport.

salamat po...sa travel history ba,kung sa ibang bansa ako nakatira ngaun,kailangan ko padin ilagay yung mga pauwi uwi ko sa pinas galing sa bansa kung san ako ngaun?nasa sg ako ngaun.

in addition pala, kailangan ba ang iupload na mga docs(tor,diploma,ref letters etc.) ay certified true copy or original copy?

hi guys,in filling up the form post ita,under personal history,my past work experiene and education has been added there,maybe because i have filled it up under different category..my question is,do i have to resubmit all these info under personal history(redundant) or just fill in the gap dates...

that's how i did it as well although i couldn't proceed if i leave the street number blank so i just put the blk nunber there.

yes i did but the question is can i declare both as my current address?if you declare one address as your current address,it doesnt have an end date option. did you declare the current country you live in as your current address as well as your address where you originally came from?
