Hi Skycanada. You can't pick it up from Ottowa. Either they will mail it thru regular post or if you sent an additional return envelop from canada post. That's all there is. Other than that, we have to wait...

Hi you can get it from the regional offfice of the NBI. If your giving it to a representative, just make an authorization letter allowing your representative to get the nbi clearance on your behaf.

Hello to everyone..i just received an email from ottawa asking for passport for me and my family!! :) Finally after 2 long years...I did my medicals last july 24th.. Hoping for other members to get their the soonest!!!
