No. They will mail back your passport thru regular mail.

Hi. Just go to owwa or any of its extension branch. You just have to fill up some forms and pay i think 100 pesos for an oec. Bring your pp , wp, and the letter.

Hi. Does it show in any of the document that you recieved from ottawa, the category youre approved in? And did the officers ask for a proof af funds?
