Hello, I have an ongoing process going with MPNP and have completed and sent the settlement plan 1. In the Section 2 it says "Please name the city, town or region in Manitoba where you intend to live". If I were to get the PR card and go to a city in Manitoba, other than the one specified...

MPNP SKILLED WORKERS IN MANITOBA DRAW #55 #56 #57

Hey guys, I have a question. Is there a backlog for the applications of MPNP? In other words, if I were to submit my application right now and I have above the cut off score, is it given that I will get picked up in the immediate draw or is it possible to be in a "backlog" and be picked only in...

Notary won't sign on Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union

Hello, In my country notaries do not sign on documents from another language, so when I got the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union to them we filled out and signed the English form, but the notary signed only on the translation. Has anyone else been in the same situation where the...

Is it possible for employers to not honor their job offers?

Bummer, but that was kind of expected. Correct, but if you need more than 50 points to get to the cutoff perhaps you should re-evaluate your options.

Is it possible for employers to not honor their job offers?

Hello, Just a thought, in the event of receiving a job offer, which makes you get an ITA at the next draw, especially now that the whole process is slower due to COVID, is there a real chance that after(if) you get the PR, the position for which you got the job offer to be filled? I find it...

Unable to get NOI through EE pool for AINP?

This information is nowhere online (forums) or any website (official or not), hence why I find it extremely confusing. Or at least I didn't find it

Unable to get NOI through EE pool for AINP?

Hello, I used the contact form on the website I looked at AINP information for some questions I've had. Amomg other things they told me: Is this a known fact? I haven't seen this written anywhere on the official website... If I understand this correctly if I create my EE profile and tick...

Am I supposed to do anything else after completing my express entry profile?

Hello, i will soon get my IELTS and if I get CLB9 I will create my EE profile and I will have roughly 440 CRS. My question is, when you're asked "Which provinces or territories would [...] consider living in?" , if I choose "All provinces and territories" this means I've expressed my interest...

Diference in visibility between ticking 1-2 PNPs vs interested in all PNPs

The title might sound confusing but hear me out. I'm about to create my EE profile and because my CRS is only in 440 range (and it won't boost unless I get a masters degree so I guess I'm stuck here) so I will need to go the PNP route. I was wondering if there's a difference in application...

SUMMARY OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL EXPRESS ENTRY PNP STREAMS

Thanks for the answers. Appreciate it. I'm looking into those as we speak. What are your thoughts on Alberta's AINP? I've seen that there are low cut-off CRS scores.

Apply for Express entry without having a masters degree

Because unless you have a masters degree and get all the points for foreign work experience AND have clb9+ you are WAY under the cut-off CRS... Sure there's PNP but most of them are pretty strict as well.

SUMMARY OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL EXPRESS ENTRY PNP STREAMS

The only way I can increase my CRS is wait to get 3 years of foreign exprience (Will happen soon) or get a masters degree (which I'm not exactly looking forward to). Clb is already 9. The NOC is 2174, I double checked :) Even so, do you think there are any promising PNP for me I can base my...

SUMMARY OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL EXPRESS ENTRY PNP STREAMS

    - Age: 23-24 - CLB 9 IELTS - Computer programmer (not sure which NOC is that, 2174?) - CRS, shy over 400 Which PNP you recommend me trying? One year of continuous work experience. Switching from employed to self employed with no gap.

Hello, I know there are more threads regarding this but none of them answered my question. I started my current job in 3rd of January 2019. I have an agreement with my employer that I will switch from employed to self-employed (within the same company) from January 2020 (probably 1st of...

Two or More Certificates, Degrees or Diploma - Let's Get it Sorted

Thank you, really appreciate the time you took to reply. One more question tho. If the post uni courses calendaristically take one year to complete but it's divided into 2 modules of 8 weeks (so it's not one year of continuous studying), that wouldn't help with CRS, right?
