Thanks for reply, I got 461 but don't want to risk anything! I'm outland applicant and 468 is max I can do with masters. Money isn't that big factor and nothing I can do about time either way. What you recommend? ICAS?

Right now CRS is high because of heaps of people entering pool with 460+ scores. You might have 3-4 weeks gap between invitation round during that period which will again lead to increase in score.

I would be happy to be proven wrong mate but numbers don't add up here for low score.

Unfortunately I didn't had any proper study material, just saw random videos here and there on youtube and made some rough notes out of it.

I made rough notes and flow charts sort of things which included lot or self made short-forms etc etc, you'll struggle to get anything out of it bro. I never had a issue doing MCQs so not sure how I can help you with that.

Sick leave, annual leave, mat leave doesn't matter as long you're employed at that place in permanent position.
