Since I worked in IT Department in similar company and I know the acting manager, I reached out to him and he was able to forward the email to HR Department.

My AINP application is at information requested stage and HR email address(HR) in my reference letter never got anything, and if they contacted my manager instead he's currently on 4 weeks leave!!! and woudn't be availble to respond due to some personal reasons. What should I do here? I think...

You simply can’t predict AINP, I waited 18 months to get one, it’s mere luck.

As soon as you receive ITA, expiry only matters when you do not receive an ITA.

I don't think there's any possibility of you not getting a invite in next PNP draw which should happen quite a few times in next 3 months! When you get an ITA you are taken out of the pool and your profile gets locked. Hence, expiry doesn't matter.

Unfortunately that's true bro, IRCC averages a year time these days, 2 years for some 7-8 months for some! Check FSW Worldwide thread and you'll be amazed to see timelines of people waiting :(

To be honest nobody can predict that! I thought I might get a invite early 2020 as my sister lives in AB but I got one 19 months later in Sept 2021!

I'm currently working as well and I put NO as answer to that question as I'm not claiming any experience for it, I would suggest to add end date to your old NOC EE experience section and mention exactly same in AINP.
