I guess as much as documentation you can provide, coz giving tax slips in addition to pay stubs makes your case more stronger. On a lighter note, I have never seen CIC rejecting any case due to more documentation :)

If your pay stubs and T4 states that you are working even though you are out of country that should cover you. However, leaving country can be of examined in various aspects. If its a vacation, no need to worry and still you can file your application. And same would reflect in your pay stub.

Buddy.... if you have left the job then hardly LMIA and WP can help you. Coz you also need valid job offer as well. Did you resigned or are still employed and borrowed some time with the employer with a promise to return back ;)

Perhaps we mis-read what you were trying to say. As long as you are working/having valid permits/LMIA, everything should be fine. Are you on vacation? if yes, then it will not affect your application.

My sincere empathy with you harry96. As I said earlier, its a matter of luck and judgement of new evaluators. Both are well trained but they do not get to see what was your past score. Thus, its all about trying and timing. In case, you have sufficient time to experiment then spending $55 is fine.

DoubleS.... most important aspect is to get ITA. CEC category doesn't guarantee you an ITA. It will only save you from showing bank balance. However, in order to claim points on Education basis, you are in CEC/FSW, points will help you to get close to top ITA receivers.

You will need WES reference number and date of certification from WES. Both these details will be required while creating your EE profile. Based upon those information itself your total points will be calculated for submission in EE pool for ITA

I would suggest please go for option 1. Because your T4 is supporting your case, if required Visa Office can fetch the details from Canada Revenue Agency. Also, attach your explanation letter with you. Remember, providing false information can bar you for next 5 years from filing PR application...

I agree with you, there will be some chances of score reversal. Because everyone is a unique person and if your go for evaluation then it will be checked by different evaluator. Also, remember that its not 1 but 2 evaluators check your each section. In short, if you are 100% sure you did better...
