I think its an actual DM.....one Nov 2015 guy got his DM on 29th April and PPR on 2nd may.....so I think its final.... and December had only 83 applicants....

Just wait, they will call you for sure.....they did called my wife and asked if she still needs visitors visa....as spousal visa is ready too....I am pretty sure they will issue PR visa to you directly...

I am in same situation, my wife TRV was approved and then she received the call from NDVO and they said your spousal visa has been approved too, which visa you want.....My wife said spousal visa and they said you will get back your passport with spousal visa in 2-3 days....waiting now !!

My wife got a call today and the lady from other side asked about her engineering passing year and whether she is ready to settle down in canada. The calling number was from cell phone and in truecaller its from Gujarat.....is it a fake call? any ideas?

Apply for Super Visa...higher success rate....

I had the same situation like yours, hospital refused to do another test as last one was done 4 months ago.....when we said that the TRV test is for NON EDE and spousal was for EDE, then they agreed. Its basically the same test plus IMM 1017 form....

Apply under Super visa. success rate is much higher in super visa for parents and grandparents. If you are planning for visitors visa (not super visa) then dont apply for more than 3 months.
