I applied for my mother on 18 August. Recieved biometrics letter on 19 August.

AOA I applied for my mother for visitor visa on 18 August and received biometric request next day but every time my mom went to islamabad gerry's she was told they the fingerprint link is down. Is there a way to complain about this to IRCC ? Appreciate your help.

@Bryanna sorry I keep using this thread to reach you as there is no specific thread for visitor visa apps. Anyway I applied online August 18 and today August 19 I received the UCI number and biometrics letter. So far so good.Hope these are positive signs. Thank you for your help Bryanna.

It's optional. I left it blank .You have to sign all the pages though. U couldn't understand what you meant by custom issues. Good luck.
