Tourist Visa Application

Hello Everybody and @Bryanna

My business visa has expired on 1 July 2018 which I got only 2 months. Before I have applied the paper base. Now I want to apply again as a tourist visa to visit Niagara Falls to Toronto for 2 weeks in Mid November 2018.
Currently, I have a valid visa from the USA, UK, Malta.

I have some question ;

Should I apply again paper base or online?
What are the chances to get a tourist visa?
May I get a visa with validity until my passport expiry?

yes, I am back last month. Actually, I want to attend the Dental exhibition which is held in New York on dated 25-28 November 2018 and I received a letter of invitation from the USA and my visa still valid SO after attending this exhibition I want to visit Niagara Falls Toronto for one week as a tourist.

Should I apply again to paper-based or online?
What are the chances to get a tourist visa?
May I get a visa with validity until my passport expiry?
I have already provided biometrics in my ist application, would I need to provide biometrics again? in my account biometrics showing expiry date is Expiry Date: 04/09/2028

Hopefully you did not mention about visiting the Niagara Falls in your previous application. The visa officer would wonder about your fascination for the Falls if you did

It depends on the assessment made by the visa officer.

According to IRCC, you need to give your biometrics again because you had previously given them before July 31, 2018

Can I pay for biometrics here in canada for it to be done in Pakistan.
Do I need to do digital signature or is it my mother's?

You can pay for the visa fees and biometrics with your credit card online.

You can also be the authorized representative for your mom's visa application (IMM 5476). And, you need to create a new GCKey/online account

@Bryanna sorry I keep using this thread to reach you as there is no specific thread for visitor visa apps. Anyway I applied online August 18 and today August 19 I received the UCI number and biometrics letter.
So far so good.Hope these are positive signs.
