Hi, I read that 30 hrs/week (1560 hours) accounts to 1 year of Canadian work experience. But does this rule apply to FSW as well? In one of the companies I have 2 years 8 months of documented foreign work experience. But since it was more than 40 hrs/week my total goes above 4680 hours...

I am in similar situation. I am thinking if I should ask for the duties to be listed on the agency's experience letter. Ideally they should be on the client's letter since I worked on site at client location but I am afraid if client would deny that request.

So if I am not wrong, after receiving your application, FBI takes: 1) 6 weeks to charge credit card. 2) 1-2 weeks to process your application. 3) 2-3 days to mail results. And then you receive it in 1-2 weeks. So total timeline is approx 2 months.

Passport photo won't have the same dimensions as a visa photo. Also since its smaller, the eventual scanned photo might look blurry if you try to blow up its resolution.

Ok. But then what is that 35mmx45mm requirement for? I mean I can just meet the digital dimension (420x540) requirement. Thats what the confusion is about.

Hello, So as per CIC requirement photos should be 35mmx45mm and I also read somewhere that the digital photos should be at least 420x540 pixel resolution. But since we are uploading digital photos, why is the physical photo size mentioned? Or do we have to mail them a physical photo some time...

It depends. If you think you can get ITA and file an eAPR in less than 6 months, then go for it.

No. They won't care even if you are jobless. They are only interested in making sure that you can prove whatever you have claimed points for to secure ITA.

It might not work without contact details ( phone number, address, email). You need some concrete evidence to prove your work experience and for them to verify.
