I am aware of my approval since November but mailed to VOs for the first time as my consultant always resisted me to act proactively. However seeing such positive outcomes I disregarded his opinion and sent mail to VOs yesterday.

I believe this address belongs to Australian Sydney Visa Office; Not Sydney, Nova Scotia. Mail bounced back from this address. delivered successfully to centralized-intake-office@cic.gc.ca but no auto response. So they will ignore it like before.
