    Citizenship Applications after Bill C-6

The AOR won't say anything like that. Although, once you can view your ECAS you could just see the date they mention receiving your application..and see if it was for the first or second.

That's unfortunate! You do need the letter coz there's a number on there you need for your test. Try calling them and asking them to email it to you again on the correct email.

This actually means that a letter was mailed out to you just yesterday if you did not receive an email. Wait this week before worrying about anything, usually only takes a few days. Get in touch with them next week if you don't get anything at all by then. Good luck preparing for the test though! :)

If it is not clear if the stamps are for entry or exit to a country esp the dates, I would recommend getting them translated for your test/interview day. Otherwise there could be delays. Good Luck!

If it's not clear where those stamps are from or if they are entry or exit stamps, I would get them translated before my test. If the officer doesn't know what to look for in the passport, you don't want any delays right? That's just my thinking..

No one can really say for sure. It depends on your location mostly but the officers at your test interview will say that you would get the oath invite within 2 months after the test or in some cases they'll say that you'll get it before 1 year from your application recd date. Good Luck for your...

I would do what the agent says..don't send it if your application is in process already. If they need it, they'll ask for it later or you could take it with you when you have your test for the officer checking your passport. Till then.. just relax :)

If you think you can put together all the documentation yourself, then you won't need a lawyer..but that depends on how confident you are really..we can't suggest anything there. About the police clearance...usually the norm here I've noticed is that they need them to be not older than 6 months...
