    I haven't seen that yet. However, can't say with a 100 percent certainty. Perhaps other people can pitch in. I personally don't think that ever happens. With outland applications, the file is always sent to NDVO after they are done in Mississauga.

    You need to pay for Sponsoring a spouse and the Right to PR fees. A total of $1040. Kindly make sure you are paying for the right stuff before going ahead with the payment.
