Hi All, I am a 25-August (application received) applicant for NOC 2171. My CC got charged on 12-November (spreadsheet updated). CIC updated the official list on 19-November to say that cap is reached for my NOC. My question is, do they count CC Charged or just the PER? Thanks for any reply.
