I dont know in toronto, but you cant register SIN in vancouver airport. But they will process your PR once you land at anytime :)

dear skidmarkz, nope..but its better if u prepare for another photograph according to the spec of pr card..u can do it in any walmart available in canada, good luck

foreign bank statement is not acceptable. They need certain amount of money which can be used in canada during your initial landing and so on. either bank draft or cash would be the easiest way to satisfy them. please double check again, i might be wrong.

just came back from vancouver last week, overall nice place to live..expensive (absolutely), especially for property. job vacancies are not as many as ontario (toronto), especially if u're in IT field. crime rate quite high in surrey area, must go further to langley or mapple ridge to get...

i had bad experience with SPF..i suggest please do it ASAP if u apply from oversea..it took almost 2 months to get my spouse PCC and dont forget to attach appeal form if u're not singaporean, good luck!

toronto has more opportunities in IT field than vancouver, u should perhaps try to land in toronto first
