exactly, sending PR card to home country is quite risky..if possible i prefer to go back and pick it up personally, but i want to make sure once i go back for the 2nd time, the PR card is already delivered to my friends address. please advise

thanks for the response, however will they questioning why would i want to apply for travel document to go back to canada since the PR card is already delivered to address in canada? I believe they can somehow to check the system that the card has already issued and delivered..thanks
