Yes. My spouse was here in Canada on visitors for around 5 months. It was an outland application.

Passport received back after stamping. Took 7 Calendar days in total including transit days.

No Negative effect. They may open case to check the reason of rejection but there is no impact on your file.

Yes. I think she should be here in Canada in a month probably.

Thanks for the response. I haven't received any DM yet however pre-arrival was on 20th Dec. As per the conversation with my representative, they believe that DM, PPR and Pre-arrival comes from Mississauga and bgc,eligibility,genuineness of relationship and stuff get verifid from NDVO. once green...

After pre-arrival, where does the decision made come from? NDVO? Mississauga?

Received Pre Arrival on 20th Dec. No updates after that. Same boat.

True. There are no updates since quite some time now. Hoping to get flourish of updates this week as the offices resume work now. It is hopeless to hope but still hoping (awaiting DM soon hence hoping :p)
