Did you try tracking the shipment on Purolator?

The status has changed to Dispatched via courier. (Purolator) . there is airway bill number mentioned for tracking however upon tracking package show no record found on Purolator website. Is it the same for you?

The BLS website says this "If Passport is issued from Toronto minimum processing time is 15 working days." So I guess it has to be working days.

Well the status changed to processing at CGI the very next day so that means they received and have the appln.

I submitted appln for renewal on 26th Feb at BLS and was received at CGI on 27th Feb. Till date still showing processing at CGI. not sure how many days still it is going to be.

They have option to pickup in person.

Congratulations.. the information/documents that are required would be mentioned in the PPR email that you receive. if it is not mentioned in the email, you dont need to submit biometrics. For my wife, she was not requested for biometrics hence we did not submit it.
