I don't think that will work alone. Did you get AOR from CIC? I think that's what you should provide to your employer if you applied on paper.

I would suggest to write back to the email address and explain them the situation, they may advise you on what to do. Or call the call center. I think it could be mandatory to declare your marital status but not sure if that necessarily means that you are asking PR for your spouse.

I got the Ready for Visa email on April 04th and still 5 min ago my ECAS showed In Process :-X

I got the Ready for Visa email on April 04th, sent the passports on April 05th. Tracking showed it was delivered at Ottawa on April 06th. The returning tracking hasn't been activated yet :( I keep checking it like every 5 min, haha. Oh and my ECAS still says In Process and it's freaking me out.

I got ready for visa email and my ECAS still shows In Process :S But I did get the updated line for medicals received after a week I had done them.

You're very lucky. I sent mine on April 05th (received at CIC on April 06th) and the tracking back hasn't even been activated yet :'( Was it only you or did you have family members? I wonder sometimes if that can make a difference in the time they take for each application.
