Just provide them your client id, that will work. If you are talking about the automated phone menu, just enter the client id. We want to transfer to the agent anyway.

Yours should be the Sept one, not Aug. Very likely they haven't start yours, they are working on files received on Aug 20 or before.

CIC has just updated the timeline. They are working on files received on Aug 20. What about us? Does that mean we lost two months waiting time and now it's a restart? No matter our file was returned or need updated?
