Sorry this might be wrong... I called them again. They said they won't cancel it. It might be a problem for next application or next entry to Canada, so I need to take the exam, and write an explanation letter, then it will be fine. Thanks anyway.

I called cic today and the agent told me the medical exam is prepared for their next visit. They only ask me to write the inquires and the officer will decide. They even don't want to look up the status of my application.

Do you mean if we have a good job and house, we will have more chance to get the visa if we apply it after SA? Are you sure? What I remember is you have to make CIC believe you will be back to your country. This is difficult.

My representative told me I got SA today. I haven't seen the email from CIC, and the online status is not updated till now. It's a good news anyway. :D

Re: Calling CIC I mailed the application on Aug 10. I didn't get "Received your application on Aug 11", instead I got "Received your application on Sep 11" because I mailed out the updated forms on Sep 11. Guess you are still lucky than me. Don't worry :)

My status online just changed. "We received your application Sep 11." At least I saw some changes. Wish I can get SA within this week.

Can they do that? If so I will ask someone to do that for me. I called so many times, but all of them told me to wait another two months. My timeline is half a month earlier than you..

I think it's better to send emails. I send one yesterday and got response this morning. At least I confirmed that they received my updated form Sep 11, and I'm in line from sep 11. Still need to wait another week or two.
