Never send original documents unless they specifically request it. Send a copy they don't return anything.

Yes. The date they take payment is your date of acknowledgment of receipt

And the worst part of this is that without having your payment taken you will not have a date to start waiting for your CSQ. I think all that time is wasted.

Be patient. I recieved pre arrival on September and I'm still waiting for CSQ. But pre arrival is a good sign! Good luck.

When did you applied for csq ?

Okay. there are two possibilities. They send you to pre arrival and PPR or invited you for an interview. :)
