That is not the pre arrival letter.

On the website they specify that the delay is due to the volume of applications they received in 2019. I recommend that you be patient because it's waiting game. I applied on August 14 and my CSQ was just approved yesterday (took 5 months). MIDI is months behind and they haven't done anything...

I don't know if this is true. My application is from the beginning of August and they haven't sent it to me yet ... I haven't called because I'm tired of being told that I have to wait longer. I've been waiting for 5 months now. I hope you're right and receive my csq this week.

Can take days or months. In my case took 2 months. Be patient:) everything will be ok! And congrats
