Hello Sri_Sai, Currently May applicants are receiving their MR. So if your medicals are already received by CIC and it is updated on ECAS then wait for your next step. You should not get the MR again. But, will get maybe RPRF, biodata, COPR/PPR and so on.

Sorry if you read carefully. If the parent is authorized to study or work in Canada, the child does not require a study permit even if he is applying for preschool, school or post secondary. So you do not need study permit for any of your child. :)

mascanada, I guess this is the link you should refer for to see the details : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/minors-documents.asp There is nothing such as OPEN study permit. It is just Study Permit. If you are approved study permit then your children do not require letter of acceptance.
