The last update from CIC about CAP count is of about early july as one of the 4th July 2014 applicant(NOC 2174) got back his package due to CAP LIMIT reach. So I am pretty sure that the CAP Count on CIC page is of early July.

DD is the safest as CC can be snatched, misplaced, theft e.t.c. in Karachi or even transaction can be blocked by bank itself if you are not a regular user. The easiest way to get a DD is from Money exchanger such as wall street or it can be made via NBP too.

URGENT. I have changed my job. Should I send the scanned copy contract first page and offer letter along with the previous employer experience letter to Visa Office? or a notarized copy of all these? I have not received any email from visa office but already got PER.
