Dear Waliullah78, You need to get the documents in board envelop with stamps on seals along with the signature. The marks sheet section guy can do that if you ask him but he will ask for some Mithai... I did not send the certificate copy but it can be obtained by certificate section by paying...

usually the marksheet is given in 3 to 4 days if urgent fees is paid and the certificate section take 15 days if the DD/PO payment is used. Where did and what process did you friend opted.
