Even I am not sure. I was also asked for RCMP and my criminality is in progress and eligibility is - recommended pass. I think it could be that they whiteout particular information from notes when a eligibility/criminality check is ongoing...I may be wrong!

Section 16(1)(c) will be mentioned on top right of any page in your notes. Skim your report and see where it is. For me it is on admissibility page.

Don't worry around 40% of Feb applicant are still waiting for PPR!! Feb has very poor track record!

Is section 16(1)(c) on the top right of the admissibility page where page is blank. Also in the email in which u receive GCMS notes is their a mention of Section 16(1)(c) . I have it same as my criminality is in progress. Whats you status?

In my opinion date Feb 14 has the worst record for PPR in Feb AOR. Feb 14 has the least numbers of PPR issued in respect of other dates...and i am not joking i have all the data for comparison. I am another Feb 14 CEC waiting at ip1 so cheers :)

Feeling is mutual here :( Even I got exact same reply when I called them last week. It is natural to get frustrated at this stage. Would just suggest little more patience and our time will surely come!

I would wait another week or two for that ! Few Feb CEC & FSW Inland waiting for long have received PPR in past few days so kind of hopeful that we should be lucky soon!

I strongly feel that no one has picked up our files after that. My last notes are on May 1 and I ordered 2 GCMS after that no change at all. Our files seems to currently dumped and waiting to picked up by an officer to review it. That my assumption as my criminality is also in progress since...

Completed 180 days today and still no movement!! Now another waiting game begins :(

Also your category should be PNP - Outland and not FSW as you are nominated by a province which has a different timeline.
