No photo requested. Though my doc status changed to - docs have been uploaded 10 days ago approx and now after approval too same doc status.

Landed Sept 16 File Approved today as per myCIC status Hopefully should receive the card by end of this week or early next week.

I don’t think thats the only reason for document section to be “uploaded”. I landed on Sep 16 my doc status changed to “uploaded” on 12 Oct. No photos have been requested yet so can’t exactly What this status means. Even called and they said nothing required from me. Lets see how it goes.

It basically means no one looked at your file. It just needs to be picked up by the officer and approved. I can only suggest you to call, email and raise CSE constantly and try to wake them up. All the best !

It is really sad & depressing situation with so many Feb applicants still without PPR. Around 100 applicants are still waiting from our Feb group. Many don't even have Security screening in their GCMS notes and are still waiting! Can't really think of any valid reason for such a long wait...

You can always call CIC can confirm whether they have an address for you on file or not. You can give your address if not there or if not correct. I hope it helps.

You should have received PR card long ago. Best is to contact CIC via phone or email . Maybe they need new photos or something else.

You can only go for options 3, 4 or 5 whichever works for you! Immigration visa is single entry and was used once you landed at border. Though the earlier visa has not been cancelled in your passport you cannot travel on those as your status has changed from work visa to PR. You have to get PRTD...

Usually when there is a photo request then the timeline increases a lot. It could take up to 2 months more after the photo request as seen from other posts. All the best!

If you are in Canada & not from visa exempt country you still need a visa to do landing. I am in Canada and got visa for single entry !
