Yes, I got the same standard email. In my case, I do want to resubmit the PCC since the original one has long past the 6 month validity (it was done back in August 2015). The email didn't specify whether to submit via email or snail mail. Anyone has a clue?

Given that you've received SA notice, I believe it's a matter of time that the third line "we started processing XXX's application for permanent resident on _________" gets added.
