Thanks for the reply! I do have my permanent address still at Montreal, and I have my friend collecting my mail for me, all my car, insurance are still registered in Montreal. I guess I won't bother to change the address and just wait for the PR decision.

Not yet, but according to the record, I should be getting one soon. And I will stay in US for about 2-3 month from Dec to Mid March. I want to make sure 1st I can travel and 2nd I can mail and receive my passport from US.

Thanks again. I saw you sent your passport from the US. I applied PR inland, however for the future 2-3 month, I will be in US. Can I change my mailing address on my application through ECAS and mail and receive my passport in US as well?

How long is the waiting between DM/PPR and be able to land? Assume I mail out my passport on the same day after received PPR. I got some travel plan to do and need to take the process time into consideration.

During the federal stage, do they still check your French? I though that was covered by the CSQ process. Man, I did not practice my French that much after my test....

Who the heck deleted so many entires in the Excel file? Why would you do such a thing?

Looks like the Excel sheet was no longer maintained. My entry was altered by someone... Also, the CIC seems to no working in very high capacity as only very few applications got approved in Oct. Hope Nov can hear something good.
