You are thinking so far ahead. As far as i know we always send them by mail but i have no idea about India. But for me i send my passport by mail to london office for immigration. I think mostly FedEx or DHL do it for you. I send it by canada post. Its not the issue

Yes you can take that chance its depends upon the visa officer evaluating your application and your citenzenship of country. In some cases they issue the visit visa and other cases deny too. But it did not effect your sponsership application its better to go for it.

Once you apply to sponsor spouse by filing the inland application. And she was currently on implied status. Is that possible that you can go back to your country and file the outland application . I mean to say can we request CIC to stop processing our inland application. Bc i have better offer...

I apologise for it but some time no one respond to it that why I posted twice. I will take care about it. But no one answer me that what you recommend they will issue my spouse visitor visa or not and update from your past experience. Thanks in advance

If you visit CIC website and search for processing time and look for inland visitor visa it states 25 august 2014 not July 24.

if they will not grant her visitor visa I think she will still stay on implied status. We have mixed experience by different people on discussion panels. Some people got it and other were refused. So if God forbid if its refused than she still stay here that's my question.

as far as my understanding, its the strategy that they encourage that people to go with outland application.
