it happened to my case as well, but the agent said next time that IRCC ignored meaning they updated notes saying .. (generic message) due to COVID bullshit, there processing is slow....... bla bla... :) f...kers not sure when will they update the case

not just you i also feel the same and ask the same question, i get same answer from IRCC as well :) , not sure how long to wait, may be untill they say its officially lost and ask to resend but that day is forever or offically after 9 months from photo sent date ;) lmao when did you send your...

did IRCC reply you in email that they got your photos delivered on mar 31? which email address did you send email to? also what all details you have shared with them? what was your question to them? can you please share if you dont mind

how did you come to know Canada post lost it did you sent it with registered post?

Me too sent all applicants in one evelope and need to call IRCC , no GU1 yet same timeline as you.

me too same date and waiting for update yet. nobody recieved the portal invitation, IRCC agents said either mail or portal only one, so we have to live with it.
