Count me in as well. CEC inland AOR April 15. In 4 years I've paid thousands of dollars for my education in this country, published research papers, taught, worked and paid taxes, and this is how CIC is treating me. Let's just say I'm not impressed.
In cases where security screening is being done, does cic ALWAYS ask for applicant's travel history/schedule A/ CV etc? My application is taking unusually long and I do have mandatory military service in my history, but they never asked for any additional documents. I'm wondering if I can...
Ok I don't get it. My Background check has been NA forever. I just received my GCMS notes and it looks like there has been no work done on my application since June, when my eligibility and criminality were both passed. The document was created on July 14 and by then my security check status was...
Jobs maybe, but after the prairies, Ontario is hands down the most boring part of Canada. My brother lives there and everytime I visit I can't wait to get back to BC. BC and Alberta is where it's at. Mountain hikes and biking in summer, skiing in winter! :)
I'm CEC inland too and approaching the 100 day mark. I was super worried too specially since my BG has been NA forever. However, this morning I was told by an agent that all has passed except for security check, which makes me quite a bit relieved. So I'd say don't worry about it much. Our time...
CEC Inland
AOR April 15
Med Passed May 14
Background has been NA ever since.
Interestingly I was told by an agent this morning that everything has been passed. What remains is security check. Can someone tell me how long security check normally takes?
Thanks,
M
Kinda had the similar experience today (maybe not as harsh). Recently an agent told me that everything looks good and I should be expecting PPR soon, today another agent said that my application may take up the 6 month mark to complete.
They are not helping my cardiovascular health!
Well I just had an interesting conversation with an agent. He was calm and helpful. I asked for the status of my application (CEC inland AOR April 14). He said that everything looks good. I asked whether I had passed the eligibility requirements (and this is the strange part) he responded that I...
Aor April 14.
Med pass May 12 (had to do additional tests).
I've sent them 2 extra documents through CSE so far (voluntarily) and the only change my application has seen is the "additional documents you provided are being reviewed" because of these documents.
BG has been NA as along as I have...
Question! I'm a CEC inland applicant. Can I travel to my home country while I'm waiting for the result of my PR application? Will I need to provide new PCC after I've left?
Question! What is the quickest way to send CIC additional documents? CSE? Can I email them directly? I just realized that my frickin employment letter was issued before 1 year work experience (though my paystubs continue after 1 year).
(AOR April 14, BG NA, CEC Inland)
Wow! I can't believe this is the first time I'm hearing that Express Entry Canadian Experience Class doesn't require Proof of Funds! Thank yoU!
Do you by any chance have a source for this to share with me as well?
BTW, Del Piero's my legend too! ;)
Thank you

Hi.
I'm an EE CEC applicant (in Canada). I received my ITA about 2 months ago. I got the bank statements and a letter from my bank last month (funds are above what CIC needs) and I'm about to submit my EAPR. Apart from the accounts and credit cards with my current bank I've taken a car loan...
Hi,
A question for you guys. I received my ITA for EE CEC about 7 weeks ago. We finally did our medical 2 weeks ago. Without even submitting our application, today my spouse (dependent applicant) received an email from CIC indicating that she should do further tests. We were told by the panel...
