But there are no caps for any NOC, NewGirl. It might so happen that, for an instance out of 1000 ITA all can go to only one NOC if their scores are higher than the candidates belonging to other NOC. CIC has not mentioned that while giving ITA they will take care of all the NOC candidates. So...

Greencard, what I wanted to ask is if SSN can be a substitute to PCC-USA? Does SSN contain Criminal Records? If yes, I am safe. It will save my 12-14 weeks. This is what I wanted to know in my previous post.
