How to know my visa office ...means from which visa is processing my application ?

We are in same boat ...I applied on 13 April and my medical got updated on 12 may and same day I got my BVL, eligibilty started on the same day ..after that no update ...can we get PPR or might get refusal . Please share you views and updates about decesion .
