you have to send all passports together to one visa office. It is not possible to send it to different visa offices. That is the rule from cic. Many of people encountered this kind of trouble earlier and either person has sent passport to ndvo with some one. So you can take someone's help in...

Ecas address change was updated last friday

PPR received yesterday. Submitted passport to cpc ottawa today as i am currently in canada and cant submit my passport to NDVO. Thanks to all forum members specially arkscan, canol and others. NDVO is speeding up again and hope others will get ppr soon.
