Dear Friends,

I received medicals,PCC and RPRF yesterday.

In the mail, they asked me to submit even schedule A form. The mail says "Please note that you are required to complete question 8 (Personal History) of schedule A (IMM5669) form since 18th birthday to date without leaving any gaps. "

Why did they ask me to submit this form.

I was not working since 2 years as I am on a maternity break.

getting tensed????????

Your inputs please.............

Nothing to worry I was also asked to re-submit this form. It probably depends on the Visa officer some want to have the latest update.
I submitted the same form again as there was no change, I saved the soft copy took a printout signed again with current date and sent it.

guy, to be honest the answers to your questions are relative. For instance, I was given 15 days to submit passports, was asked to send photos and to confirm my mailing address. I will suggest you wait until your passport request comes to know what relates to you.

Hello All,

I just completed my medical test this morning and there were two slight hiccups:

- I was unable to read the bottom two lines of letters during the vision test with my left eye but was able to read all the letters with my right (I don't wear glasses or lenses)

- When the doctor asked if I'm on any medication, I mentioned that I'm taking the equivalent of ambien, which was prescribed to me by a sleep specialist I visited a couple of weeks ago. It is a sleep aid, not treatment for anxiety or depression. She said that insomnia was probably a sign of depression and I refuted this, mentioning that neither I not my doctor thought I was depressed or anxious. I don't have a history of depression. She didn't seem convinced though.

Has anyone encountered either of these two situations? Do you think either could potentially be an issue?

I am an Indian citizen currently living and working in Saudi Arabia.

I have earlier resided in UAE in Abu Dhabi from Aug,2007 to June,2009.

I have applied under FSW 2014 in July,2014 and recently received request from LVO via email to provide Police clearance certificate from all countries that I resided since my 18th birthday that also includes UAE.

For UAE PCC requirements for ex-residents as stated in CIC website, they need fingerprints from local police and then get it attested from MOFA, & local UAE embassy and then finally send it to UAE alongwith necessary documents. Since this is very difficult process and Saudi police cannot provide only fingerprints, I am thinking of going to UAE, Abu Dhabi personally and provide fingerprints to Abu Dhabi police office (just like local UAE residents do for getting UAE PCC) along with the following supporting documents:

1.) Original currently valid Passport

2.) Original old passport with UAE residency visa during 2007-2009

3.) Original Emirates id card

4.) Email from my consultant requesting UAE PCC

Please advise if anyone has faced similar experience and would it be helpful if I go to UAE in person.

Dear Senior Members,

I have a complex situation to handle, please guide...

MY application lodge date was End of Nov 2014
PER date was Feb 2015
I have recvd medical few days back in start of august 2015 (Medical forms sent by CIC for me and my dependent in individual emails)

I am facing following problems.

1. My previous passport lost
2. Me and my wife living separate and she is not willing for medical (In revenge)
3. She might also send CIC an email as i requested her to appear in medical by forwarding emails received by CIC.
4. I have sent change of job details to CIC with additional experience (considering if my points are re-calculated due to new situation as i have requested to drop my wife from dependent, by that i will loose 5 points from her language test- adaptability score )

I have already explained cic through email as well as CSE about the situation i am facing.

Seniors may guide , what will be outcome ?

Thanks

Urgent question...seniors please advise

I received an email response from NDVO to submit passport from New Zealand as I requested for visa stamping from NZ for my spouse. However the attachment in the email is addressing my name and mentioned that we all can submit our passports from NZ. My consultant was not very clear in explaining the situation which caused, this kind of response.

Also I have already submitted my and my son's passports in New Delhi VFS on Tuesday with a cover letter explaining everything very clearly. Now I received this below email today from NDVO :

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Please be advised that you can submit your passport to our Sydney office in Australia. Please refer to the attached letter on instructions on how to submit your passport in Sydney.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

My questions are:

Will this email still work for my spouse to submit his passport to Sydney office.
Will there be any impact on my passports which I already submitted in New Delhi VFS
Do you recommend to send an email response again to get this validated for my spouse only.
Should this letter be in my spouse name only....because he is in NZ.

Please reply...its really urgent.

i think email says you all have to submit passport in sydney vo. Cic wont entertain some passport at new delhi and some at sydney. As i said earlier you need to submit all passport together. If you put canada pr on priority then nz work visa then tell your spouse to come india and submit passport in india. They will stamp all pp together. You are wasting crucial time by raising queries to vo.
