If they said they mailed u a letter on Oct. 6 and if ur in Canada is weird why u not received it yet as usually it only takes the post office 3-5 business days for delivery but then again it is December and there would be a lot of mail going through the post office for Xmas

actually its a good thing that they do it this way because it is even more safe for delivery to that certain VO, as with couriers, they might be safe but things do happen, plus doing it this way also means it is given to the right department in the VO and not misplaced
