They'll send mail or email never call (at least not that i 've heard) why would you need to submit a use of representative form?? you have access to the info anyways, usually use of representative form you need to submit a license number, but call CIC just to clarify

Hi my update is as follows, I don't think it's been added. Application Received: Nov 6/2015 Approved: Jan 20/2016 and transferred that same day Kingston started processing Jan,25/2016 Meds and police records sent upfront.

I'll be going down in March, 1st time since our wedding in June hopefully we get some sort of response by then.
