Yes MOFA is not mandatory on translation. Even if u stamp MOFA on it, they will not understand, b/c its in Arabic.. Need to translate the document with authorized translator and stamp on it. That's it.

I Guess it should be fine to receive pcc alone. We will wait and see for medicals. Even i just got pcc request only.

Better to renew from Canada. do not take risk from India before arriving.

If u have the proof that daniel has signed the courier, take a print out of that and send courier to VO or send him a scanned copy to his mail. This is what we can do. or else u have to under go for tests again
