I have to send the PCC from the Country where I stayed.
and most probably they will provide me the PCC in other language.
Now, That PCC can be translate into english from the same country where I stayed or I can translate into english in my home country.Pls help me.

Where ever you want, but it has to be done by a certified translator who notarizes the translation.

Hi All,

I got doubt in police clearance certificate for applying my Canadian PR Visa.
My Office had sent me to London for my Onsite Work from Sep-2013-Oct-2014 (11 months).
My Question is

• 1. Do I need to submit Police Clearance certificate from London as well as India?
• 2. If Yes. How to apply Police Clearance certificate in London?

Follow this link for UK PCC. You can apply online for PCC and pay the money through international debit card or credit card. Choose the 2 day delivery courier option, which is 40 pounds i guess.

I applied online and got UK PCC with in 2 weeks.

Do not apply through post, waste of courier charges. Gather the documents and upload online and apply. Easy process.

anyone has experience in spore PCC applying from oversea? i sent my application since july 15th but i havent got any reply until now? any idea how long its gonna take to receive he PCC? thanks

How long does it take to process the PCC from Indian embassy abroad? Is it advisable to initiate the process before the ITA is received?

I worked in Abu Dhabi from Feb-2013 to Sep-2013. Currently I am working in USA. Since I have been working to complete docs, I secured UAE PCC in Feb-2016 just before coming to US.

Q1: Whether this PCC would hold good or not. After leaving UAE in Sep-2013, i have not been there again.

Q2: I also got my India PCC in Feb-2016 just before coming to US. After this, I am working in US. India PCC is stamped on my passport. Whether this is also fine.

Q3: My wife stayed for 5 months and 25 days in UAE(less than six months by 5 days). IRCC says that UAE PCC only needs to be obtained for six months or more. Should i try to secure her PCC as well?
