I didn't receive Medical request yet. It's a little bit different as lam a Quebec resident. In addition, my application was approved since 3 months, l received CSQ from Quebec government on 4th June. My LVO is cairo. That's why it's something confusing to me.

Yes l have that in my account. They ask for biometrics as of 31 july 2018, but only some countries in the middle East....By the way if your parents were in a visit and gave their biometrics before they don't have to redo it because it's valid for 10 yrs.
