My timeline is as the following: Invitation to apply: 6 September 2017 Application received in Mississauga: 1 December 2017 Letter of eligibility: 4 April 2018 Quebec kit received by Midi: 16 April 2018 CSQ received: 4 June 2018 & this is my last point. But l was not asked to submit CSQ...

Did you receive pre-arrival services letter before? Lucky you! I am a Québec resident too from 2nd round 2017 cap. I received CSQ on 4 june. Until now l didn't receive any correspondence about medical request or police certificate.
