Rana, they have an option to contact them on the web site. You better mail them for any confusion, tell them to update your account with list of all documents they received. They usually mention all the documents in your "My Account" section. Remember it will take 4/5 days to receive the reply...

In usual cases almost everyone gets PER after charging. You are still in the game. No worries! You better send an email to them after couple of days. And if they wrongly charged you then they should give your money back.

I recommend you to see this week then contact CIC. you should have t by now. and yes, i think in one case in this forum I came to know his file was rejected after money charged. can't remember who was he. Lost the information of rejection as well. But dont worry, be positive and contact CIC...

Yes, there are chances of rejection even though you got PER. But the chances are very low if all your supplied information are accurate and true...
