I talked with CIC, based on my rep's information if you get medical request then you will see a msg in your online account but if you can call them to check that would be amazing. Try using google talk, skype etc to make the call.

Its a glitch but for some people they did request for medical so give CIC a call & ask them to check your account. CIC rep told me if you don't see any msg under "correspondence" then you don't need to worry right now. If they really requested medical then it will show up.

Thats a glitch they are saying but its better to check with them if its true or false positive. I asked when it will be fixed, CIC rep doesnmt even know.....lol.....but gckey is still working & some updates are actually true so if u are confused just give them a call & check

You should be able to, try different mobile apps to make the call because wait time is around 25-30mins always

Its little bit different than before, i.e - for documents it used to say "we requested additinal documents" but today it says" additional docs u provided have been uploaded", still don't see any upload button or dont see any msg.....lol....will call them tomorrow to check whats going on

Its hard to tell, so far technical department is not that much helpful at all so I will give 2-3 days & will call them again. When i had no "upload button" on my gckey account, i created a technical problem ticket & submitted, 2 weeks later i got a reply & they asked to uplaod my documents...

Hmm, they are having some major issue after they did "system maintenance" on Tuesday night so I would suggest to call CIC & check if there is any update & also keep checking online. Some people already talked with CIC agensts & they were told to wait 4-5 days & msg will show up.

Did you already take medical exam? If you did & it says "passed" then pretty sure its positive. Give them a call later just to check

Ecas is not affected so yours should be fine, only online account is messed up

Give CIC a call & ask, a lot of people got same msg what you have so its really hard to tell whats going on, they are still doing maintenance for their website. Call them tomorrow & check & if they say they got nothing then submit a technical problem as well.

Medical Exam probably a glitch or could be true, their gckey is messed up now & CIC is working to fix it, a lot of people got same request includes me but when I called CIC they said they didn't request anything, wait for 3-4 days & also give them a call if you can

Take screnshot facebook, skype or line whatever you have, also if you recently got married & if you posted pictures on facebook then also take screenshot of that as well :)

It shouldn't be a problem, there is no minimum income for sponsor, if some1 takes welfare then the person doesn't qualify otherwise should be fine

Their website is still down, i mean u are still able to log in but looks like theu still got the glitch, i have no clue whats going on, really frustrating

It pretty much happened to everyone & CIC is working on it to fix it, call CIC to check if they already requested & send it to them using IRCC webform if your gckey account doesn't have any option to upload the file

I will check tomorrow & hopefully will get updated, maintenance means to fix things not causing more glitches :(
